How ranks work.
If you're going to be in the skum clan, your going to need to recruit.
Anyone is welcome to tryout... unless your jewish.
Have a friend or someone that would like to tryout? Find someone in the clan
that does tryouts or that is a Division General and get them to
tryout your recruit. Every 5 recruits you rank up and if you have enough recruits,
we will let you open your own division.
The higher your rank is the more you will be invited to modded lobbys;clan battles; game battles etc.

Sargents - Keep the privates active, invite them to games. Keep recruiting!

Captain and Major - By now you should be approved to tryout people

under control and keep the Division active and
recruiting, being at clan practices and being at clan

Master Division General -This rank means you are a skilled D Gen and have
been with SKUM for a long length of time. You can be
in charge of up to 2 Divisions. In order to reach
this rank you must have SKUM in your gamertag.
D.G.I.T. - This rank means you will be replacing a
Division General, Or getting your own Division
you need to understand the ranking structure
and be an active gamer
Co D.Gen - You have all the same
responsibilities as a Division
General. Being a Co D.Gen
means you share a Div. with
another person and or you
probably run a seperate
part of the Division.

If a person has "scout" after their rank, they are approved to tryout people.
Tryouts consist of a 1v1 and/or 3 games of live on whatever game type the recruit(s) play.
